Questions
Does GroupScout post for me?
No. It drafts a reply and types it into the comment box. You read it, edit if you like, and press Enter yourself. It never submits, likes, joins, or messages on its own.
Do you need my Facebook password?
Never. GroupScout works inside your own Chrome while you're logged in. We don't ask for, store, or automate a Facebook login, and our servers never connect to Facebook.
Is there a free trial?
Yes — a free trial is available with a card on file so your subscription continues automatically when it ends. You can cancel anytime from Manage billing.
Is there a free or bring-your-own-API-key plan?
No. Every plan drafts through our hosted service, which keeps the setup simple and the quality consistent.
What counts against my limits?
A "screened" post is one GroupScout evaluates to decide if it's worth answering. A "drafted reply" is one it actually writes for you. Both reset monthly.
How do I cancel?
From the Manage billing page (the Stripe customer portal). Your extension keeps working until the end of the period you've paid for.
