Be the first good answer when your town, or your industry's forums, ask for a recommendation.
GroupScout watches the Facebook groups you've joined, finds the posts worth answering — the "can anyone recommend…" ones — and drafts a reply in your voice. You read it, tweak it, and post it yourself. It never posts on its own.
Runs in your own Chrome, only while you're using it, at a human pace. No Facebook password ever.
We find it. We draft it. You post it.
Three steps, and a human makes the final call on every single one.
We find it
GroupScout scans the groups you've joined for recommendation requests and questions you can actually answer — filtering out the noise so you're not scrolling all day.
We draft it
For each post worth answering, it drafts a short, helpful reply in your voice — grounded in what the post actually asked. Any mention of your business is disclosed honestly.
You post it
Approve a draft and GroupScout opens the post with your reply typed into the comment box. You read it, edit if you want, and press Enter. Nothing is ever posted automatically.
Where it works
Today: Facebook groups you've already joined — local town and neighborhood groups, and the industry groups where your buyers hang out.
Coming soon: Reddit, Nextdoor, and industry forums, so you can be the first good answer wherever your customers ask. These aren't live yet — we'll add them as they're ready.
Local home-service pros
Plumbers, septic, lawn care, HVAC, cleaning, pest, roofing. When someone in a town group asks "can anyone recommend a good ___?", be the helpful reply that shows up first.
B2B & software vendors
Answer the "what tool do you use for ___?" questions in the industry groups and forums your buyers live in — with a genuinely useful reply, not a copy-paste pitch.
Anyone building a reputation
Showing up consistently with good answers is how trust compounds. GroupScout makes that a few minutes a day instead of hours of scrolling.
Helpful, honest, and in your hands
You approve every reply
GroupScout only drafts and types — it never submits, likes, joins, or messages. You press Enter on every post.
No Facebook password
It works inside your own logged-in browser. We never ask for, store, or automate a Facebook login, and our servers never touch Facebook.
Sounds like you
Drafts are grounded in the actual post and written in your voice — no invented stories, no spam, and any product mention is disclosed.
Human pace
Built-in delays and daily caps keep things reasonable. It's an assistant that helps you show up, not a bot that floods groups.
Only the posts worth it
A two-stage filter scores every candidate so you see the handful that actually matter — not every post in every group.
Approve from your phone Soon
An iPhone app to clear your approval queue on the go is on the roadmap for Pro and Agency plans.
⚠️ An honest note on account risk
Facebook's terms restrict automated collection of content. GroupScout is designed to stay on the right side of that line: it runs only in your own browser while you're using it, at a human pace with daily limits, reads posts without submitting anything, and you make every post. Even so, accounts can be restricted, and that risk is yours. We explain exactly how it works in our Terms.
