Get GroupScout running in a few minutes
GroupScout is a Chrome extension. Add it, pin it, open the panel, and activate with your license key.
Add the extension
Open the GroupScout listing in the Chrome Web Store and click Add to Chrome, then confirm. Use Chrome on a desktop or laptop.
Click the puzzle-piece (Extensions) icon at the top-right of Chrome, find GroupScout, and click the pin so its icon stays in your toolbar.
Open the panel
Click the GroupScout icon to open its side panel. This is where you'll activate, add groups, and review drafts.
Activate
After checkout you'll land on the welcome page. Use Activate GroupScout, or drop your groupscout-license.json file onto the panel, or paste your key. Any one of them turns it on.
Add your first group
Open a Facebook group you've joined, then click “Add this group” in the panel. Run a scan, review the drafted replies, and post the ones you like.
A couple of things to know
GroupScout works on desktop Chrome, inside your own logged-in session. It reads only groups you've joined, drafts replies for you to review, and never posts on its own. If you're not logged into Facebook in that browser, log in first (as you normally would — GroupScout never handles your password).
